Beef Azu with Potatoes
Description
Cooking beef azu with potatoes is quite simple. In the classic recipe, potatoes are stewed together with the meat. I suggest a slightly modernized version—prepare azu with fried potatoes. I fry the potatoes separately to give the dish a pleasant crispiness. The meat simmers in plenty of sauce, making the azu very juicy and delicious. Give it a try—I'm sure you'll love it. Good luck :)
