Asian sauce
Description
Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. Those who love spicy flavors will surely enjoy this Asian sauce! To reduce bitterness, you can use chili peppers without seeds, removing the seeds by hand while wearing gloves to avoid "burning" your skin. It's better not to prepare the sauce in advance. The sauce is ready. Store it in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Rinse the tomatoes in water, peel the garlic.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the tomatoes in water, cut them into small cubes, removing the green cores. Carefully slice the hot pepper, trying not to touch the seeds with your hands.
- 3
Step 3

Purée the tomatoes and peppers with an immersion blender into a puree.
- 4
Step 4

Pour in the tomato purée, soy sauce, and mix in the hoisin sauce.
- 5
Step 5

Add salt, sugar, ground black pepper, pour in lime juice, and gently mix everything.
- 6
Step 6

Transfer the prepared Asian sauce into a sauce boat or bowl and serve. Keep in mind that it's very spicy, so it's best to drink cold milk with it—it helps neutralize the pepper's heat!
