Description

The recipe won't take much time. Try making this delicious and tender Easter dish and you won't regret it! Its base is cottage cheese, which must be fatty. Before cooking, don't forget to sieve it. To find out, serve chilled.

    Rinse the raisins thoroughly and place them in a bowl. Then boil water in a kettle and pour it over the raisins. Let them soak for fifteen minutes so they can plump up slightly.

    In a separate bowl, place the cottage cheese (which should be sieved), softened butter, condensed milk, and sour cream with a high fat content.

    Beat all ingredients until completely smooth using a mixer at high speed. For easy mixing, all ingredients should be at room temperature.

    Drain the water from the raisins, dry them thoroughly, and add them to the other ingredients in the bowl. Mix everything well with a spoon.

    Line the Easter mold with cheesecloth folded in half. Place the curd mixture into it, put a weight on top, and refrigerate for 24 hours so it sets well.

    After 24 hours, take the paska out of the refrigerator and remove the gauze. The dish is ready to be served.
