Australian Vegetable Bread
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. Australian vegetable bread turns out not only very healthy but also incredibly colorful thanks to natural dyes: spinach, beetroot, and tomato. This bread will become a beautiful addition to a festive table and will also appeal to children. You can bake separate loaves of single-colored bread or braid strands of dough together into one loaf. Optionally, sprinkle the dough with sesame or cumin seeds. Be sure to let the bread rise twice—this makes it wonderfully light and airy after baking.
