Fruit Assortment
Description
Perfect on the table and with drinks. Simply cutting fruit and arranging it on a plate is yesterday’s news. I recommend preparing something more original. For a fruit assortment, you’ll need toothpicks and a little imagination. By the way, feel free to swap the fruits and berries to suit your taste.

Prepare all the necessary fruits and berries.

Cut off the base and top of the pineapple.

Trim the skin from the pineapple on all sides.

The result is a kind of pineapple barrel. Cut off a bit more from the top — so the whole structure will later look more like a Christmas tree.

Take the cut pineapple flesh and cut a star shape out of it.

Take a pear, wash it. You can peel it or leave the skin on — it doesn't matter. Using a long toothpick, attach it to the top of our future tree.

Attach the pineapple "star" to the pear — our topper is ready! Insert toothpicks all over the surface of both the pear and the pineapple.

Cut the remaining fruits and berries as shown in the photo.
