Description

Mix soy sauce, starch, sugar, minced ginger and garlic, then add chili pepper and star anise.

Pour boiling water over the noodles and let them sit for 15–20 minutes. Stir the noodles occasionally to prevent them from sticking together.

Cut the carrots, peppers, and cucumbers into thin strips.

Cut the chicken fillet into long pieces.

Beat the egg and fry a thin crepe. Then cut it into strips.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sauté the chicken fillet for 1-2 minutes. Then add the carrots and pepper, and cook for another minute.
