Armenian herb pie
Description
The pastry is easy and quick to prepare. I recently learned a very simple recipe for Armenian herb pie and am eager to share this find with you. Originally, the dough was supposed to be yeast-based and made with kefir, or something similar to a tandoor flatbread, but I'm not particularly skilled when it comes to dough, so I simply bought ready-made frozen dough. Therefore, of course, I can't claim this to be a classic Armenian herb pie recipe, but it's still very delicious. Serve it warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
