Armenian Lavash with Cheese in the Oven
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Lavash with or without filling is a popular snack in many cuisines around the world. In our country, it is valued not only for its taste but also for its nutritional benefits (it contains everything — proteins, carbohydrates, and fats). The filling is merely an addition and can be very diverse: chicken, meat, mushrooms, cheese, cheese with herbs, and so on. To your taste, you can make not only an exquisite and unusual appetizer for a festive table, but also a "treat" to go with beer.
