
Armenian pastries with herbs
Description
Delicious baked treats for the whole family. This is a very simple recipe for Armenian herb-filled buns, which can be served as a snack, an appetizer outdoors or at home, or even instead of bread with main dishes. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. Mix flour, a pinch of salt, vegetable oil, and add slightly warm water. Knead a firm but elastic dough.

2. Wrap it in plastic wrap or a plastic bag and let it rest for 20 minutes so it can "relax" a bit.

3. Wash and dry the herbs. For the recipe of Armenian herb-filled pastries, you can use parsley, cilantro, basil, onion, and dill. Finely chop and place into a deep bowl, sprinkle with vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly.
