Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. These flatbreads can replace regular bread at any meal. They can be prepared with vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, and many other ingredients, depending on the region. It's important to note that these flatbreads should be eaten hot, as they lose all their flavor "charm" when cooled. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

In a bowl, mix the flour, cheese grated on a fine grater, and salt. Form a mound and make a depression in the center.

Then add water and mix until smooth, gradually incorporating the softened butter piece by piece. Let the dough rest for 15–20 minutes.

Next, divide the dough into 6 portions, roll each into a ball and flatten to a thickness of 5 mm. Then fry the flatbreads in a pan with oil for 3 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and transfer the flatbreads to a hot baking sheet, bake for 5-7 minutes.
