Appetizing lamb ribs
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It is best to cook lamb ribs slowly over low heat. Lamb ribs go well with many sauces or liquid marinades: spicy, aromatic, slightly sweet, or sweet and sour. Alternatively, rub the ribs with a spice mixture tailored to your taste. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Step 5
Preheat the oven to 130 degrees. Remove the ribs from the bag and place them in a baking dish (pan). Bake for 2 hours and 30 minutes (turning occasionally). Remove the meat and brush it with the prepared glaze (a mixture of honey and vinegar), then bake for another 30 minutes (you can brush every 10 minutes).
