Appetizing Apple

Description

The recipe won't take much time. I want to share it. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

   Wash the apples, dry them, peel and slice thinly.

   Add cinnamon, a little lemon juice, and mix.

   Line a heatproof dish with parchment paper and arrange the apples in an even layer.

   Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy.

   Gradually add the flour, continuing to beat. Carefully transfer the finished dough into a baking form and place it in the preheated oven.

   Bake the "Charlotte" at 180 degrees until golden brown (about 50 minutes). Let it cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
