The recipe won't take much time. You can make marshmallows from almost any berries and fruits, and orange is no exception. The step-by-step recipe explains everything in detail. Serve chilled.

    Remove the core from the apple, cut into slices, place in a covered dish and put in the microwave oven for 5 minutes to bake.

    While the apple is baking, pour room-temperature water over the agar-agar and let it steep for about 15 minutes.

    Remove the zest from 1 orange.

    Gradually pour the syrup into the egg whites while continuously whisking. Beat until the mixer leaves clear, distinct traces on the meringue mixture.

    Transfer the meringue mixture into a pastry bag. Pipe the meringue onto a previously prepared surface lined with parchment paper. You will need 2 sheets, each the size of a standard baking tray. Place the meringue in a dry, well-ventilated area to dry.
