Orange Almond Cake

Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. Recipe for a delicious orange cake - preparation of a dessert cake with almonds and orange juice. Can be served with tea or coffee.

   Step 1

   Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Beat them one by one, adding orange zest. Then add flour to the mixture and pour in the milk.

   Once the dough is ready and kneaded, divide it into two parts. Place one part into a greased baking pan and bake at medium temperature until golden brown. Do the same with the second half.

   Place both parts out of the molds and let them cool. Almonds for the cream should be peeled and lightly fried in a pan. Beat the butter, then add powdered sugar with orange juice. Spread the cream between the cake layers and over the top surface of the cake. Decorate the top with almonds and the sides with biscuit crumbs.
