
Orange tiramisu
Description
The simplest version of the dessert. If desired, you can bake the "Savoiardi" cookies yourself, and substitute mascarpone with cottage cheese. The rest is just technique.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Grate the orange zest, about 1.2 tsp. Squeeze juice from the oranges.

Beat the chilled cream until thickened, add powdered sugar, grated orange zest, mascarpone cheese, and beat again until a firm, thick mixture forms.

Take a deep rectangular mold. Dip the savoiardi cookies one by one into orange juice and line the bottom of the mold with them.

Brush the layer of cookies with orange juice.

Place a layer of cream on the savoiardi, then place another layer of cookies on top (don't forget to dip them in orange juice), and repeat the layers.

The top layer should be cream.

Sprinkle the top with grated chocolate and thin shavings of orange zest. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
