Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

For this recipe, we will need the entire orange, so to remove any possible bitterness, it should be thoroughly washed and boiled for five minutes. Then let it cool slightly and cut into pieces.
- 3
Step 3

Then blend the orange, including the peel, in a blender or using a meat grinder.
- 4
Step 4

Chop the walnuts. To do this, simply place them in a plastic bag and roll over them several times with a rolling pin.
- 5
Step 5

In a deep bowl, use a blender or mixer to beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla.
- 6
Step 6

Add flour and baking powder.
- 7
Step 7

Beat and add the chopped orange and nuts.
- 8
Step 8

Mix everything well and pour the batter into a greased baking pan. I use a 22 cm diameter pan; if yours is larger, it's better to double the quantity of ingredients.
- 9
Step 9

Bake the pie at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
- 10
Step 10

After that, let it cool slightly and decorate to taste. Orange nut cake is ready!

Step 11

The pie turns out incredibly aromatic and very delicious, I highly recommend trying it!
