Prepare the ingredients.

Prepare 200 grams of freshly squeezed orange juice.

Pour off half of the orange juice and soak the agar-agar in it for 25-30 minutes.

Pour the second half of the juice into a saucepan, add the sugar, and add the agar-agar together with the juice in which it was soaked. Heat until boiling, then cook, stirring, for 5–7 minutes from the moment it begins to boil.

Pour the hot mixture into molds; ice cube trays or candy molds will work. Refrigerate until set, which will take no more than 1 hour.
