Orange cake with cranberries
Description
I'd like to offer you a cake with a pronounced orange aroma and a tangy twist from the cranberries. If you're not particularly fond of tartness in baked goods, I recommend reducing the amount of cranberries or omitting them altogether. That way, you'll get a wonderful orange cake. The cake turns out not very large, so it's best to bake it in a loaf pan or a small cake mold. Serve it warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.
