Orange tea with ginger
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To boost your immune system, you don't necessarily need to take various supplements or drink yogurt—much better to prepare a fragrant orange ginger tea and invite your family for a tea party. Believe me, no one will stop at just one cup, so go ahead and brew a second batch right away.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Do not add too much ginger, otherwise the drink will taste bitter!
- 2
Step 2

Place regular black tea bags into a teapot. If desired, they can be replaced with green tea, floral tea, or other types of tea bags. Peel the orange and remove all the white pith from the fruit. Separate the fruit into segments and carefully cut off the transparent membranes from each segment to expose the juicy flesh. Place the flesh into the teapot.

Step 3

Add granulated sugar. If you decide to replace it with honey, add the honey only after the tea has cooled to 35 degrees.
- 4
Step 4

Peel the ginger root, grate it on a fine grater or slice into pieces, and add to the container.
- 5
Step 5

Place a couple of lemon slices for a more pronounced aroma. Boil water in a kettle and pour the boiling water into the container. Cover with a lid and let it steam for about 4-5 minutes.

Step 6

Pour the fragrant tea into glasses or cups and serve with sweets, sandwiches, etc.
