Orange muffins
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. For muffins, you'll need butter at room temperature. If you didn't take it out of the refrigerator in advance, place it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Test the butter with a spoon; if it hasn't softened, heat it for another 30 seconds, but be careful—do not melt it. Beat the butter with sugar until fluffy, then add eggs and orange pieces. Bake the muffins in the oven until golden brown.
