Description
The recipe won't take much time. The candies turn out moderately sweet. To make the candies tasty, use high-quality chocolate. If desired, you can add orange flavoring to the filling. Serve chilled.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making orange candies. Wash the oranges with a soft brush in hot water and dry them.

Step 2

Pour the gelatin into a container, cover with cold boiled water, and let it swell for 40–60 minutes, or as directed by the instructions.
- 3
Step 3

Cut a small piece of zest from the orange for garnish. Using a sharp knife, remove the peel from the oranges and finely chop it. Cut out the flesh between the membranes and place it in a bowl together with the juice.

Step 4

Place the orange pulp together with the juice into a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add sugar to the saucepan and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
- 5
Step 5

Place the saucepan with orange purée over medium heat and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cook the mixture for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- 6
Step 6

Add the swollen gelatin to the hot mixture.
- 7
Step 7

Add the white chocolate to the orange mixture and stir until the gelatin and chocolate dissolve.
- 8
Step 8

Pour the orange mixture into candy molds and leave at room temperature for 5-6 hours to set.
- 9
Step 9

Remove the orange base from the mold. Melt the chocolate (I used chocolate callets) over a water bath. Dip each orange piece into the chocolate and place them on a board lined with plastic wrap. Sprinkle the grated orange zest on top of each candy. Leave at room temperature until the chocolate hardens.
