Five-Minute Orange Jam

Description

A simple way to make preserves ahead of time. The urge to use a long-familiar five-minute orange jam recipe came to me spontaneously — I had two slightly overripe oranges that needed to be used up. The jam filled a one-liter jar, so if you want more, simply increase the amount of ingredients while keeping the proportions. Serve at the table or store in the pantry.
