Orange confit
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. For this recipe, it's best to choose oranges with thick peel and small size. The oranges must contain seeds, as they contain pectin, which will help thicken the dessert during cooking. In detail, the finished dessert can be served at the table.
