Orange-blueberry soufflé
Description
This recipe won't take much time. 1. Thoroughly wash the oranges and squeeze juice from one of them. 2. Cut off the tops from the remaining oranges, carefully remove all the pulp, squeeze juice from the pulp, and combine it with the first portion of juice. 3. Melt the butter, add flour, and mix thoroughly. 4. Remove from heat, add the juice and sugar, return to heat, and cook while stirring until all lumps dissolve and the mixture thickens completely. 5. Beat egg whites with a blender until thick, stiff peaks form. Add blueberries and gently fold the mixture into the orange mixture. 6. Fill the empty orange shells with the prepared mixture and wrap them in foil. 7. Place in a steamer and cook for 20–25 minutes. 8. Remove the finished dish from the steamer, take off the foil, place on dessert plates, garnish with blueberries and a sprig of mint, and serve with a good mood. Serve chilled.
