The recipe won't take much time. Juicy and flavorful ribeye steak cooked in an air fryer is the perfect choice for meat lovers. Thanks to the circulation of hot air, the meat cooks evenly, stays tender, and retains its juices. With minimal oil, maximum flavor, and a crispy crust, this dish is an excellent option for a quick and healthy dinner. Serve hot.

    Lay out all the ingredients on the table before starting. Peel the garlic cloves. Rinse the beef and pat dry with paper towels.

    Squeeze the required amount of juice from a fresh lemon into a small bowl, add olive oil, and press garlic cloves through a garlic press. Mix well.

    Add black ground pepper, salt, and soy sauce.

    Place the beef into a large container and generously pour the prepared marinade over it. Refrigerate for 2 hours to marinate.

    Place the foil-wrapped ribeye steak into the air fryer basket on the lower rack. Cook the steak in the air fryer at 200°C (392°F) for 25–35 minutes. Then, remove the air fryer basket, peel off the top layer of foil, and return the steak to the air fryer for another 15 minutes of cooking.
