Anise cookies
Description
Baked goods are easy and quick to make. Cookie dough must be kneaded quickly. As soon as you’ve finished kneading, put it in the refrigerator right away; this stops the butter from separating out of the dough. Finished cookies keep well for a long time in a closed glass jar. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
