English Sandwich with Cucumber and Egg

Prepare all the ingredients.

If the bread is not pre-sliced, it must be sliced thinly. Then lightly dry the bread in a dry skillet; you may skip this step if you prefer.

Spread cream cheese on three slices of bread.

Place the washed and dried lettuce leaves.
