Classic English pie
Description
Homemade pastry for tea. This pie is very tasty and filling. There are different variations: for example, lamb mince can be replaced with beef, and different vegetable combinations can be used. I let the pie cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving. The pie can be baked in a large pan or in individual portions. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
