English bread pudding
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. English bread pudding is something unusual for us. However, in England, it is eaten very often, just as frequently as in America. For the pudding, I usually use fresh ciabatta (Italian bread) bought from the "Khlebny Dar" chain stores, where they bake fresh bread (the fresher the bread, the tastier the pudding). The bread pudding turns out more delicious and appetizing when I dry the bread in the oven so that it develops a nice crispy crust while remaining soft inside. But if I use a French loaf, there's no need to dry it, as it already has a very crispy crust. English bread pudding is an ideal dessert dish for 8 servings. Good luck! The ready dessert can now be served.
