Description
You can add anything you like to the filling for making English chips. Any bacon, various sausages, pickled cucumber, as well as olives and olive slices work great.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the potatoes in their skins in advance until fully cooked.

Cut the potato in half lengthwise, scoop out the core.

Sear the potato halves in a minimal amount of vegetable oil on a frying pan until golden brown.

Dice the sausages and onion, transfer to a skillet, pour in the remaining oil, and sauté for 3-4 minutes over low heat.

Chop the potato core with a knife, add it to the pan, and fry for another 2 minutes.
