English street food
Description
It works both for a holiday and for everyday meals. There are many fast food recipes, but today I recommend you try making English street food "Fish&chips": French fries with deep-fried white fish and sauce. A distinctive feature of this dish is the batter in which the fish must be cooked, as cold dark beer is used to make it. It can be replaced with regular sparkling water. Be sure to monitor the fryer temperature and adjust it according to your stove so that the ingredients fry evenly.
