1. Cut an even number of rectangles from paper, and make them into "petals" – cut some slightly longer, others slightly shorter.

3. For now, let's work on the center. If you are making a bouquet of these little roses, wrap the candy with tape and glue it to a wooden skewer or a long toothpick.
