
Pineapple punch with champagne
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. Choose a ripe, sweet, and aromatic pineapple for the beverage. If you're using dry white wine and the pineapple isn't very sweet, you can add a little powdered sugar to the bowl with the pineapple pieces and wine before blending. For a clearer punch, strain the pineapple mixture through a fine sieve, removing and pressing out the pulp. The drink is now ready to serve.
