Pineapple liqueur

Description
1. Peel the pineapple and blend it in a blender to make a puree. 2. Add alcohol to the pineapple puree and mix all the ingredients well. 3. Prepare a syrup from water and sugar. To do this, pour water into a saucepan and place it over low heat. When it boils, add sugar and simmer for twenty minutes. Then add the syrup to the pineapple and alcohol mixture. Place the mixture in a cool, dark place. 4. After ten days, strain the liquid through cheesecloth and pour it into bottles. Store the liqueur in the refrigerator.
