Prepare the necessary ingredients. Drain the pineapples in a colander and discard the syrup.

Soak the gelatin in syrup, set aside for 15 minutes to swell.

Dissolve the gelatin over low heat without boiling. Remove from heat and beat with a mixer until fluffy, slowly pouring in the condensed milk.

Pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for 1 hour. Place pineapple pieces and pine nuts on top of the partially set jelly. Return the dessert to the refrigerator until completely set.
