Pineapple cheesecake
Description
The active process will take no more than half an hour, but the dessert needs to chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. It's best to prepare it in the evening and leave it overnight. Any cookies can be used as a base—vanilla or chocolate, for example. The cheesecake turns out incredibly delicious and tender. The baked dessert is ready. Serve at the table.
