Pineapple Jelly

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Preparing pineapple jelly is incredibly simple. The hardest part is waiting for the jelly to finally set so you can eat it, because it smells and looks extremely appetizing :) Children are always delighted with such a tasty jelly, and adults enjoy this dessert too. I highly recommend making it. Serve chilled.

    Pour a glass of juice over the gelatin and let it swell.

    When the gelatin swells, place it over heat and dissolve the gelatin in the juice over low heat. Add the remaining pineapple juice and warm it through, but do not bring to a boil.

    Take jelly molds and place diced pineapple pieces into them.

    Pour the mixture with a mass made from pineapple juice and gelatin.

    And send it to the refrigerator—let it cool. Once it reaches the desired consistency, it's ready to eat :)
