Pineapple appetizer
Description
Pineapple appetizer is simple and quick to prepare. For the filling, boil the eggs. Chop them together with the cheese and crab sticks, mix, and dress with mayonnaise. Arrange canned pineapple rings on a serving plate. I recommend patting the pineapple pieces dry with a paper towel beforehand. Place a leaf of green lettuce on each ring, then spread the filling on top. You can sprinkle the finished appetizer with chopped fresh herbs. Serve with herbs and sauce.
