
Amuse-bouche
Description
Suitable for both special occasions and everyday meals. There are a great many varieties of amuse-bouche. The appetizer can be served cold or hot. But in any case, it should be very small. If desired, you can replace the mint with another herb and add a little garlic, but it is better to leave it exactly as is. It can be served warm or chilled.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making amuse-bouche. Wash and dry the cucumber and mint.

Cut the fresh cucumber and blend until smooth.

Add sour cream to the cucumber mixture and salt.

Add a sprig of mint to the cucumber and sour cream.

Blend everything until smooth. Pour into small glasses, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1–2 hours. Garnish the amuse-bouche and serve immediately.
