American pancakes
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. I often make American pancakes on Sunday mornings. I use two small frying pans at once. By the way, if the pancakes stick to the pan, lightly grease it with oil. I serve pancakes with thick jam, Nutella, or peanut butter. Sour cream is also a great addition. Sometimes I make little cakes: for example, spreading each layer with Nutella and stacking them into three or four layers. My entire family enjoys these soft, fluffy pancakes. Good luck! Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Prepare the ingredients for the pancakes. I use 200 ml cups.
- 2
Step 2

2. Take a deep, convenient container for mixing ingredients with a mixer. Pour in the milk, add vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, sugar, and the egg. Using a mixer, beat the mixture at maximum speed until foam forms, about 5-7 minutes.

Step 3

3. Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix all ingredients with a mixer until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps.
- 4
Step 4

4. The dough is ready; it should not be as thick as regular pancake batter. Proceed to frying.

Step 5

5. Take a non-stick frying pan, heat it well and reduce the heat to the minimum. Use a tablespoon to place the batter onto the dry pan, forming circles. If you're not confident about your pan, lightly grease it with a cotton swab dipped in oil or a piece of bacon. This step is only necessary before cooking the first batch. Once large bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancakes and cook the other side. The pancakes are ready! Enjoy!
