Prepare the ingredients.

Beat the sugar and 150 grams of softened butter.

Chop the chocolate, pour 50 ml cream over it, heat in the microwave in short bursts until the chocolate melts, then mix with the cream into a smooth chocolate mixture.

Add 80 grams of softened butter to the chocolate mixture and beat until smooth. A cream made this way is very stable, holds its shape well, and does not “run.”
