Aloo paratha
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. Aloo paratha is an unusual potato flatbread with garlic and soy sauce added to the filling, making it very aromatic and unique. The flatbreads must be very thin and soft; they should be cooked briefly to prevent drying out and crumbling. The perfect aloo paratha can be rolled into a tube without cracking. Serve cooled down or slightly warm.
