Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use lightly salted mineral water, but it must be carbonated.

Pour the water into the blender container and add the classic thick yogurt of any fat content. Mix.

Add salt, preferably sea salt, but not iodized. If the soda is salty, reduce the amount of salt to taste.

Wash the dill and chop it finely. Put it into the blender jar and blend for about 1–2 minutes. If your blender has a pulse mode, use it to blend until a fluffy foam forms.

Pour the prepared Turkish ayran into glasses or cups and serve chilled.
