
Ayran from milk
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. I'd like to point out that I'm offering you a classic ayran made with milk, without any additions. However, if desired, you can add a bit of fresh or pickled cucumber, as well as herbs to taste. In hot weather, I recommend adding a few ice cubes. You can also blend it right away in a blender with the other ingredients. It turns out incredibly delicious! The process is very simple. Ready to serve.

For preparation, I recommend using a blender to achieve a smooth consistency. Add a couple of spoons of yogurt to it.

Pour in the milk.

Add a pinch of salt. Add the extras, if you decided to use them.

Blend everything for a few seconds until smooth. If you'd like to make the drink lighter, you can dilute it with a small amount of mineral water, for example.
