Agar-agar (jelly)
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Agar-agar contains no sugar or fat, but is high in fiber. Therefore, all desserts made with agar-agar are suitable for weight loss. Besides desserts such as puddings, mousses, cheesecakes, jellies, and custards, agar-agar is also used in preparing aspics and meat jellies. The ready dessert can be served at the table.
