Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Dissolve the salt in water, add vegetable oil, and pour into the flour. Knead the dough and let it rest for about 25–30 minutes.
- 2
Step 2

We wash the greens, remove excess moisture with a towel, and chop. I don't recommend chopping too finely.
- 3
Step 3

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- 4
Step 4

Mix the cheese with herbs and egg. You can add a little salt.
- 5
Step 5

Divide the dough into portions and roll out very thin pancakes.
- 6
Step 6

Place the filling on one edge of the flatbread. The amount of filling is up to you, but be careful not to overfill, so the pie doesn't tear.
- 7
Step 7

Cover the filling with the second edge and seal the edges well.
- 8
Step 8

Heat the pan well, then reduce the heat to below medium and fry the afararas in a dry pan.
- 9
Step 9

Brush the ready afarars with butter.

Step 10

Stack one on top of the other. You can cover and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
