Adyghe Cheese with Tomatoes
Description
The method for making Adyghe cheese with tomatoes is quite simple, but the result tastes unbelievably delicious! Be sure to try it—the cheese itself is very healthy, and with this way of cooking we only highlight its flavor, so the benefits and distinctive taste stay intact. Recipe: 1. First, wash the tomatoes and basil thoroughly and pat them dry. 2. Now cut the tomatoes and cheese into medium matchsticks or cubes—your choice. 3. Heat a skillet with olive oil; as soon as it’s hot, fry the cheese in it with salt and about half of all the basil leaves. 4. When the cheese turns golden, remove it from the heat and place it on a plate, topping it with a layer of basil. 5. Now in the same skillet, fry the tomatoes with the remaining basil on both sides. Done! Place the tomatoes on top of the cheese, garnish with basil leaves on top, salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle everything with the oil left in the skillet after frying. The aroma is divine! But if you don’t like basil, this simple Adyghe cheese with tomatoes recipe works fine without it too.
