Description

This recipe won't take much time. Making adjika in a slow cooker doesn't involve any special secrets. Want it spicier? Simply add more chili peppers without removing the seeds. Prefer a mild and sweet adjika? Add apples or carrots. Either way, this classic slow cooker adjika recipe is designed to make your life easier. Serve the appetizer at the table.

    Prepare the vegetables. Wash everything thoroughly, peel, and remove the seeds.

    Finely chop the tomatoes and bell pepper. Grind them in a meat grinder or blender, then transfer to the slow cooker bowl. Cook on the "Stew" setting for 2 hours. 25 minutes before the program ends, add the garlic and hot pepper (also passed through the meat grinder), sugar, vinegar, salt, and oil. Mix everything together.

    Place the finished adjika into sterilized jars and seal with lids. Turn the jars upside down until completely cooled, then store in the refrigerator.
