
Adjika with nuts
Description
Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. Today I'll tell you how to make authentic walnut ajika. The good news is that it's very simple and quick to prepare—just be careful when handling hot peppers and don't skimp on quality spices. You can use this walnut ajika right away, or seal it in jars and store it for later. Good luck! Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Step 1

Wrap the peppers in newspaper and leave them overnight to dry. The next day, carefully, while wearing gloves, remove the seeds from the peppers.

Pass the hot peppers and peeled garlic through a meat grinder. Do the same with the walnuts and fresh cilantro.

Add spices and salt to the resulting mixture.

Add the oil and wine vinegar. Mix the ingredients thoroughly by hand (be sure to wear gloves!). Once everything is evenly mixed, the walnut ajika is ready!
