
Adjika with Carrots and Peppers
Description
Perfect for stocking up for winter. The ingredient amounts in this recipe yield 5 one-liter jars of adjika. Store the finished preserves in a cool cellar or simply in the refrigerator. Serve adjika with meat dishes and any side dishes. Be sure to try making carrot-and-pepper adjika at home. The preserve is ready for winter storage.

Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and stems. Cut into large pieces.

Wash the hot pepper and remove the seeds. Slice carefully.

Peel the garlic.

Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut into large pieces.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges.

Wash the apples, cut into wedges, and remove the seeds.

Pass all the vegetables and apples through a meat grinder. Transfer the resulting mixture to a saucepan.
